The CPB Senior soccer team made quick work of Patrician Academy on Tuesday and make the semi finals of the Cork Senior Cup for the first time in the schools short history. A hat-trick from winger Shane Mccarthy as well as a goal each from Glenn Gibbs, captain Ailil Brosnan and the finish of the day from man of the match Connor Ellis secured a comfortable win for the Bantry side against a Mallow outfit who they had drawn 2-2 earlier in the season.
