Best of luck to our Boys u15 Footballers in their Munster Final next Monday 5th December versus
Coláiste Dún Iascaigh (Cahir). The team are bidding to become the first boys team in Coláiste Pobail
to win a Munster Post-Primary Schools Football title. Having beaten Causeway Comprehensive
School, Mitchelstown CBS, Pobalscoil Inbhear Scéine (Kenmare) and Kinsale Community School on
route to the final, our lads will be hoping to go all the way and collect the Eamainn Ui Mhairtain
trophy. Preparations have been going well and have a competitive squad to choose from.
Throw-in is at 12 noon in Bishopstown 4G GAA pitch. Best to luck to players and coaches!
For anyone coming along to support, please also note that being a Munster Final, there will be an
entry fee on the day. Please read the information provided by the Munster Council:
“The rates will be €5 for adults and €3 for students/OAP’s. These tickets are available online by
clicking on the link below. Tickets can also be purchased at the gate on the day. Students travelling
on official supporters bus from the school will be charged €2, and this will be collected by the lead
teacher on the day. The lead teacher will then receive passes for students on the supporters bus.”
