On Thursday the 30th of March first year sports day took place.
Five different classes (1A The Walruses🔴, 1B The Pigeons🔵, 1C The Tigers 🟠, 1D The Turtles🟢, and 1E The Panthers⚫) all battled for as many points as they could to win. Some indoor events included: Chariot Racing, Book Balance and Aladdin’s Mat.
In the afternoon the sky cleared allowing us to do the Points Run and Relay Races outside. It gave the teams a chance to win even more points. The 1C Tigers showed great baton exchanges that helped them win the relays🟠.
The overall winners at the end of the day were The 1E Panthers⚫. The lovely day ended with the 1E panthers lifting the trophy (a photo of this was posted yesterday). We can’t wait for it all to be battled out again next year.
