Here at Coláiste Pobail Bheanntraí, we find ourselves in the thrilling position of cheering on two of our brightest stars, Mark O’Sullivan and Eoghan O’Donohoe. These exceptional young men are set to represent the Bantry Blues Premier Intermediate Team in the highly anticipated County Final at Páirc Uí Caoimh this Sunday.
Leaving Cert Students Mark and Eoghan, have left an indelible mark on our school’s sporting legacy, exhibiting exceptional talent and unwavering dedication in both basketball and Gaelic football. Their prowess on the field is a testament to their incredible work ethic and passion for the game.
Their involvement in the Bantry Blues team County Final is no surprise to us here at CPB, given their outstanding performances in GAA in the past number of years. They will be no strangers to the big occasion, having played in the National Basketball Arena in Tallaght this past February, where they played in an unforgettable All-Ireland final for their school. Mark and Eoghan’s achievements not only inspire their fellow students but the entire Coláiste Pobail Bheanntraí.
We also extend our best wishes to our many former students who will be joining Mark and Eoghan on the field. Your presence in this significant match is a testament to your skill and dedication, and we have every confidence that you will shine.
To Mark, Eoghan, and all our former students, the entire school stands behind you, cheering you on with fervor and excitement. May the final match be a culmination of your hard work and a celebration of the incredible talents you bring to the field.
Good luck!
