Our First Year Boys and Girls ‘A’ Basketball teams have had their finals tip off times confirmed for Neptune Stadium on Thursday March 13th. The Boys will play Coláiste Choilm of Ballincollig at 12.30pm while the girls will tip off at 2pm against Carrigaline Community School. While the girls basketball have been to a ‘A’ final in recent years, it is a first for the boys at the highest level of Irish Schools Basketball. Coláiste Pobail Bheanntraí has never won a Basketball title at this level so the teams are out to create history! Both teams won 5 out of 5 Pool games each over the last two months, and two full house semi-finals at home last Thursday. Good luck to both teams and to their coaches Mr Curran and Ms Lane. 🏀🏀🏀
