On Monday our u15 boys soccer team played a very strong Ballincollig side in the Cork Cup competition. Dominik Placzek scored both of CPB’s goals, one in either half. With the defence under siege for large parts of the game Conor Hourihan pulled off some great saves Jack O’Brien and Ronan Kennan excellent in defence. Jamie Scully turned over great possession for the team. Joey Sheehan and Bart Gebus were strong in attack with penetrating runs and great pace. Darragh Coppinger was brilliant in possession. Ballincollig took the win on this occasion but the boys can be proud of their efforts.
