On Wednesday the 22nd of January our junior boys rugby team took on Midleton CBS at Home , in the Mungret Cup.From the start the lads kicked off the game strong , with a try from Georgie McNulty .
CPB had a very solid defence which led to many turnovers . This was followed by two tries from Javier Siquier Alonso . Also Ryan Harrington took his conversations with precision . At half time the CPB boys had a steady lead of 33-0 .
The second half started with a big impact from substitutions with tries from brothers Danny and Bill O’Donovan. Adam O’Donovan couldn’t be stopped with his technique and handling. Midleton put pressure on but CPB were the better side on the day . CPB had an impressive win well done to all .
