On Tuesday 26th November the fifth year Hotel, Catering and Tourism class hosted a coffee morning for their parents as one of their key assignments. The students served tea and coffee and prepared sausage rolls, mince pies, buns, scones much to the delight of their parents and staff. Well done everyone and to teacher Bean Ui Bhriain!
