On Monday our 1st and 2nd Year “A” basketball teams travelled to Ballincollig to play both Coláiste Choilm and Ballincollig Community School in the Basketball Ireland Post Primary league. Our First Years showed huge improvements from earlier rounds and even though they didn’t get a win in either game, showed a much better understanding of how to play basketball, given that most are in their first ever year of playing the game. Our second year team played two really good games. Losing the first to Coláiste Choilm by 8 points and winning well in the second game vs BCS.
