Pictured here is Noel O’Sullivan, 1st year in Colaiste Pobail Bheanntrai, being awarded a special recognition medal by Community Garda Brigid Hartnett (on behalf of Bantry & Dunmanway SCP) for his effort in singlehandedly introducing and running the game of Warhammer during the SCP Chess & Games Club which runs in the school every Wednesday at lunchtime. Noel is an expert in the construction, character-collecting and playing of the game that is enjoyed by millions worldwide, and now by a growing cohort in the school in Bantry.
