The basketball season for our 2nd year girls came to an end today. We reached the last 16 of the All Ireland Schools Basketball Competition which is a massive success playing at the highest level of basketball.
St Brigids took the lead in Q1 but CPB never gave up and the girls played fantastic defence in the 2nd half winning both the 3rd & 4th Q. Unfortunately it wasn’t our day.
The win went to St Brigids Presentation, Killarney and we would like to wish them the best of luck as they now progress to the All Ireland Quarter Finals.
All our players got a game today and should be very proud of their accomplishments. Shout out to our top scorer & captain Clodagh Downey & to all players who put in trojan work all season!
