Students of Colaiste Pobail Bheanntrai, organised by Ms. O’Connor, filled a van with blankets and warm coats bound for Ukraine, where temperatures are as low as minus 20 degrees.
Former Senator, Mr. John Gilroy collected the items and told of his recent visit to Ukraine. He showed images of utter devastation and assured us that our donation will be put to great use, bringing heat and comfort to those in need.
