On Thursday the 6th of March our 1st year A girls basketball team hosted St Angelas college in the A league semi finals
CPB had an amazing start and dominated the first quarter. Caragh McCarthy showed great effort in pressing the opposition. Kate O’Sullivan’s shooting was super and Emily Conlon’s rebounding was unbelievable. Callie O’Donoughe put in some great work carrying the ball up the court. Kacey Cotter’s lay-ups were on point. Rebbeca O’Connor put in some great passes to set up scores. There was also valuable contributions from Caoimhe Hurley and Anna Russell.
CPB winning convincingly on the day and through to the BIPPS South Girls A Final next week at Neptune Stadium.
