CPB U14 Hurlers Show Great Fight in Debut Match Against De La Salle

On Monday our u14 hurlers took on De La Salle Macroom in Tom Creedon Park in Macroom. The boys battled hard in the first half showing great work rate and effort. Calvin O’Brien was excellent, making long runs up the pitch and fighting for possession. Leo Arundel made a great goal line clearance. Half time score CPB 2-2 De la Salle 2-8. Unfortunately De La Salle got the better of CPB in the second half and came out victorious. The boys gave a great performance representing CPB for the first time. Well done all!
