On Tuesday our U16 girls basketball team played Skibbereen Community School at home. The first quarter was very tight with the score 13-10 in CPB’s favour. After this the CPB girls found their scores more comfortably and held a nce lead for the remainder of the game. Abbie O’Sullivan excelled as top scorer with 19 points including a great three pointer. Mar Doblado Fernadez, Norah Cronin, Nadia Ustjanowska, Sophie O’Sullivan, Emma Barry and Naroa Calvo Oregui all made the scoresheet in the game. Special mention to Mar and Norah for a great defensive effort while Faye Hurley and Ella Foley were excellent on rebounds. Well done girls on a great win
