On Tuesday our U19 girls basketball team played Skibbereen Community School at home. CPB started well in the first quarter building a nice lead of 13-5. Lily O’Sullivan gave a fantastic shooting display scoring 24 points including three 3 superb pointers. CPB maintained their lead throughout the game with Clodagh Downey, Lainey Barry, Katie Russell, Meadhbh Sammon, Anna Conlon, Saffron Hogan and Abbie O’Sullivan all making the scoresheet. Special mention to Katie who was brilliant under the basket winning rebounds and to Anna for her defensive efforts.
