On Wednesday, our u16 hurlers travelled to Carrigaline to play their first round of county. The boys worked tirelessly in the first half against a really strong opposition coming out with a score of 1-4 to Carrigaline’s 3-8. The boys continued to work together throughout the second half with some savage frees taken by Darragh Coppinger and Tom Conlon. Unfortunately it was not our day and Carrigaline came away with a comprehensive win in the end. Unlucky lads, well done to all!
