CPB under 15s are through to the Munster quarter final after a tight contest with Kenmare. A game played in perfect conditions in Kenmare, CPB lead at half time 0-9 to 0-4. DJ O Brien, Dan Joe O Neil and Cathal McCarthy with influential performances in the first half. Kenmare came out the second half strong and reduced the deficit to 2 points. With 5 minutes to go Kenmare got a goal disallowed for a square ball. On that kick out CPB made a well worked move up the field only for DJ O Brien to rattle the top corner of the net. Kenmare responded with a point for the game to finish CPB 1.13 to Kenmare’s 0-12. Fantastic team performance by CPB who move onto the Munster quarter final.
