An Event for Parents, Teachers & All Adults – Gen-Z will be held in 3 venues in Cork in the coming weeks.
Event Description: This event is created for Parents, Teachers and all adults and it will discuss issues currently affecting Teenagers. Specialist speakers will discuss topics such as Mental Health, Cyber Technology, LGBTI+ and more. The events are open to the public and the links for registration are below. The events are free to attend but booking is essential. These events are again coordinated by Cork County Council and funded through the Healthy Ireland Fund, Pobal and the Local Community Development Committees.
The world we live in is progressing faster than ever before. This is widening the Generation gap, causing difficulties for Parents to understand difficulties affecting Teenagers and reducing effective communication on this issues. These events will aim to help Parents, Teachers & Adults to further understand what’s going on with teenagers in today’s world.
