Josh McGuinness is currently a student in Coláiste Pobail Bheanntraí. As part of his work placement for Transition Year, he is hoping to travel to the city of Arusha in Tanzania to help with building of schools and homes with the Maasai community. He is hoping to travel in April of 2015, and to do so needs to raise a total of €3,500 to cover vaccinations, travel and accommodation costs.
Throughout the term leading up to his departure, we are holding several fundraising events around the Bantry area to raise the funds for his trip.

Josh will be working closely with other volunteers from around the globe and members of Maasai tribes in the Arusha project. He will spend his days building, painting and maintaining buildings which Maasai use in their daily lives.
