Hurling Finals Victory for Coláiste Pobail Bheanntrai
On Wednesday April 3rd, 29 CPB students participated in the Hurling finals day in Pairc Ui Chaoimh. A total of 9 schools from Cork City and County took part. CPB were victorious over The North Monastery and Colaiste Mhuire Crosshaven to gain a place in the cup semi-final. They beat Carrigtwohill CS in the semi-final. CPB played a great final demonstrating a tremendous team spirt and a never give up attitude. This positive attitude helped secure their victory over Douglas CS. The event was very well organised by Colm Crowley and the cup was presented to the CPB Captain Paddy Cronin by John O’Brien.
